YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Project management for towers manufacturing at the tower makers facilities.
  • Control that all the activities at the tower manufacturer are executed to ensure the tower production on-time, within scope and budget, with the right manufacturing processes and in a healthy and safe environment
  • Become Nordex responsible at the tower manufacturer facilities to diligently control and ensure supplier’s right performance end to end, from raw materials ordering, materials incoming inspection, manufacturing processes, quality standards and working skills, to towers on-time delivery.
  • Lead continuous improvement and development plans for suppliers under his/her responsibility at supplier’s facilities, supporting the increase of factory’s productivity, optimization of process times and reduction of bottle necks.
  • Coordinate activities between Nordex planning and the tower maker for the right execution of the towers manufacturing according to the Project needs.
  • Support to clarify the list of technical requirements in close collaboration with Nordex Quality.
  • Other responsibilities: Manage the relationship with the client and all the stakeholders. Perform risk assessments and ensure mitigation actions implementation to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • PMP-Project Management Professional Certification.
  • Experience in Project management and Manufacturing processes.
  • English proficiency both spoken and written.
  • Project managers should have a background in business skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • To be a team player and have problem-solving aptitude.
  • Availability to travel at least 70% of the time
