Global Sourcing Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Build and develop strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with key suppliers for mechanical system category in Global Sourcing Nacelle.
• Coordinate all supplier related activities throughout the value chain.
• Develop global sourcing commodity strategy and ensure implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Drive price and capacity negotiation process to ensure that Nordex prices are best in class.
• Supports the negotiations of Framework Agreements and conditions with local suppliers.
• Ensure KPIs and targets achieved at supplier level.
• Participate in internal Workstreams (cost out programs, localization initiatives etc.).

Your Profile:

• Business and/or Engineering degree.
• First professional experience in purchasing in the wind industry desirable.
• Keen on working on international environment and face new challenges.
• Responsible, service-oriented and independent way of working.
• High degree of reliability and ability to work in a team.
• Good MS Office skills and SAP skills.
• Availability to travel.
• Business fluent in English.
