YOUR TASKS:
- Management of selected suppliers for steel and flanges.
- Alignment of supplier strategies and portfolio with global sourcing managers.
- Supplier inquiries, price negotiations and bring about awarding decisions.
- Monitoring of supplier performance and initiation of relevant activities and projects.
- Development and implementation of purchasing methods & optimization of sourcing processes.
- Active cooperation in cross-departmental teams as part of cost-reduction and localization initiatives worldwide.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Business and/or Engineering degree or similar education.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a procurement role.
- Relevant experience in Project Management.
- Good MS Office skills and SAP skills.
- English and Spanish at negotiation level.
- Open, dynamic, and organized way of working.
- Keen on working on international environment and face new challenges.
- Responsible, service-oriented, and independent way of working.
- High degree of reliability and ability to work in a team.
