Global Sourcing Blades Production Special Tools and Equipment Intern (m/f/d)

As part of our growth we are looking for a Blades Production Special Tools and Equipment Intern (m/f/d) to support the execution of global sourcing initiatives across production equipment, industrial machinery, facility CAPEX, and technical services in the Global Sourcing team in Spain, performing relevant tasks as follows:

 

 

YOUR TASK:

  • Project & Operational Support: Contribute to the day-to-day execution of sourcing projects across travel, fleet, and consulting categories. Assist strategic buyers in negotiations, supplier interactions, and closing commercial agreements
  • Documentation & Data Management: Maintain accurate documentation and internal databases
  • Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support internal audits and perform compliance checks aligned with the company’s Code of Conduct
  • Tender & Procurement Process Execution: Create tender IDs, coordinate signature workflows, and prepare supplier comparison matrices. Receive and process offers, NDAs, and signed contracts, and support internal stakeholders with PR/PO issues
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Support supplier onboarding, master data updates, vendor creation requests, and bank detail changes
  • Market Analysis, Financial Support & Process Improvement

 

 

YOUR PROFILE: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent English and Spanish required. Other language is a plus
  • Readiness for action, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • High level of commitment, proactivity and dedication
  • Great willingness to learn and contribute
