MISSION: to ensure robust application of FMEA and quality methods to proactively manage risk across design, manufacturing, and operations in complex, global environments. Its mission is to translate technical risk into clear actions that protect safety, quality, and business performance. 

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Lead the deployment of DFMEA and PFMEA across CTBU projects to proactively identify and manage technical and operational risks
  • Ensure robust application of quality methods and systematic follow-up of resulting actions to drive effective risk mitigation
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary and international teams to align stakeholders and ensure consistent risk and quality governance
  • Develop and deliver training on FMEA and quality methods to strengthen capability and ownership within CTBU teams
  • Define and implement a CTBU-wide roadmap to expand, standardize, and track the adoption of quality methods across the organization

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Qualifications: Engineering degree or equivalent technical education in any engineering discipline
  • Certifications in FMEA, 8D, Six sigma and or knowledge of other Q tools will be a plus
  • Experience in coordinating international teams, and in understanding complex processes and multicultural teams will be a plus
  • Deep mastery of DFMEA, PFMEA, and System FMEA
  • Root Cause Analysis . Lesson learned processes.
  • Ability to understand interactions across systems, subsystems, interfaces
  • Turning conflict into constructive technical discussion
  • Ability to select the right tool for the problem, not force a method
  • English is a must
  • Experience in coordinating international teams
  • Experience in understanding complex processes and its interactions
  • Availability to travel around 20% annually
