Electrical Project Engineer (m/f/d)

TASKS:

During project execution customer and their technical representatives require technical support. Within the project organisation this role will be covered by the Project Engineer for the areas Medium- and High voltage, measurement and control engineering, SCADA and communication technics. Our administrative tasks ensures that contract requirements and customer needs will be transferred to the responsible departments so that project specific components can be ordered and configured accordingly.

  • Designing wind turbine Medium Voltage components
  • Planning communication interfaces (I/O, IEC-101, IEC-104)
  • Clarifying wind park control concepts at grid connection point
  • Reviewing and pursuing technical requirements for project permitting
  • Liaising with Customers, Grid Operator and suppliers
  • Creating electrical tender documents
  • Specifying project specific solutions in LV and HV-technics with special departments for developing and implementation
  • Supporting in commissioning procedures and acceptance tests
  • Give technical support to the Project Management during project phase
  • Work hand in hand with Engineering, Sales, Purchasing and Service

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree in electrical or power engineering or a comparable education incl. further qualifications
  • Project management experience necessary, preferably in the wind business
  • Experienced in customer care to liaise with clients in technical matters
  • Very good English skills in writing and speaking
  • Spanish skills are preferable
  • Experienced in Measurement and control engineering
  • Knowledge in communication technology
  • Very good knowledge in executing complex projects
  • Very good familiarity with MS-Office ( Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams )
  • Ability to work independently, process- and solution-orientated
  • Experience in assessing and implementing electrical and commercial requirements and specifications in contracts with customers and suppliers
  • Ability to work with different business cultures
  • Willingness to travel abroad (approx. 30%) – mainly in Europe
