Director QHSE Management Systems and PMO (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Director of QHSE Management & PMO (m/f/d) to support the QHSE Department to ensure the global HSE and Quality strategy through the different areas and functions across the business and performing the following key tasks:

 

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Provide global governance for the Quality Management System, ensuring each business area implements and maintains compliance with ISO standards and IMS requirements
  • Lead the Global QHSE PMO responsible for coordinating, planning, and tracking QHSE-wide programs
  • Oversee the structured rollout and implementation of the Full Quality Transformation (Phases 1 & 2) across all business units, without directly executing quality tasks
  • Govern global VOC processes, Quality Forum routines, and Quality Loop mechanisms to ensure business areas identify, prioritize, and act on systemic customer issues
  • Provide governance and PMO oversight for global FMEA revitalization, starting with PFMEA, ensuring consistent adoption by operational teams
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and local operational teams to track quality risks, supplier development initiatives, and improvement plans

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar qualifications preferred
  • 10+ years in global Quality, QHSE, or Business Transformation leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading program management offices (PMO) or enterprise-wide transformation programs
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and integrated management systems
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across global, matrixed organizations
  • Experience with supply chains in China and/or India is highly beneficial
