DEPARTMENT:  Product Management

MISSION: Lead all topics & scopes related to Concrete-hybrid tower´ manufacturing, HSE, Quality, projects & Supply Chain.

 

TASKS:

  • Leadership of all central functions related to:
    - CT Projects

       - CT Manufacturing.
       - CT HSE.

       - CT Quality.

       - CT Supply Chain.

  • Proactively lead and manage the team, providing excellent communication, supporting career development, ensuring staff retention, knowledge sharing and team working
  • Budgeting, planning & coordination of all CHT Operations area.
  • Coordinate the teams to ensure the concrete tower´ manufacturing, project, supply plans are executed in compliance with the safety, budget, schedule and quality standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for delivering factories construction projects successfully.
  • Coordinate, plan and execute means and tooling strategy ensuring the supply chain, installation and maintenance during manufacturing stage.
  • Coordinate all projects industrialization to ensure the engineering releases and updates are implemented.
  • Develop and implement a relevant set of KPIs.
  • Support Tender and Sourcing departments during Project commercial stages.
  • Ensuring technical excellence of the team, including high quality delivery of projects and innovative solutions.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or comparable education.
  • Considerable experience in leading a global team.
  • 6+ years of work experience in the field of Logistics or Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • Experience in precast concrete or construction buildings.
  • Proactive profile.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork.
  • Flexibility and good change adaptability.
  • Autonomous and challenge motivated.
  • Used to work in international environments.
  • Resolution of possible technical issues.
  • Ability to drive projects autonomously, keeping tight deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Agility to move between strategic and tactical operational issues.
  • High English is compulsory. Spanish.
