Director Finance Concrete Tower (m/f/d)

MISSION: Responsible for managing the company's finances, leading the financial strategy, optimize taxation and the economic resources in the Concrete Towers Business Unit.
TASKS:
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the financial strategy.
- Financial Management.
- Supervision and control pf the preparation of budgets and forecasts by the different departments of the company, as well as their control throughout the fiscal period.
- Manage the company’s financial information by means of financial reports, the internals and those established by legal regulations.
- Evaluate and analyze investments.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and financial processes that optimize the management of the company.
- Supervise the audit, tax and other fiscal areas of the organization.
- Supervise commercial decision-making.
- Administration of budgets and their approvals.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in accounting, finance or administration.
- Experience of at least 10 years in financial management.
- High level of knowledge of accounting and tax regulations and principles.
- High English Level.
- Leadership.
- Used to working under pressure of deadlines due to specific projects.
- Ability to move and link different functions, departments, and countries.
- High numerical comprehension skills.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in renewable energy sector, experience in Project Management or Master in Business Administration will be a plus.
- Excellent knowledge MS-Office, especially Excel.
- Proactive attitude.
- Detail-oriented.
- Methodical and problem-solving.
