As part of our growth we are looking for a Customs and Foreign Trade Global Sourcing (m/f/d) to act as a trusted advisor to sourcing, logistics, and business stakeholders on customs and international trade topics in the Global Sourcing team in Spain, performing relevant tasks as follows:

 

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Support strategic sourcing decisions by assessing tariff impact, trade regulations, and cost implications
  • Conduct customs cost analyses and contribute to decision papers and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor global trade policy developments and proactively adapt sourcing strategies to mitigate risks and optimize costs
  • Provide guidance to customs operations globally, working closely with sourcing, logistics teams, and business units.
  • Manage and coordinate customs brokers, freight forwarders, and thirdparty providers, ensuring smooth clearance processes and full regulatory compliance
  • Gather and translate business requirements from regional stakeholders into efficient processes and practical solutions
  • Promote and ensure bestinclass customs and foreign trade practices, acting as a subject matter expert within the global organization
  • Support the standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of internal customs and foreign trade processes

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree Law, Finance, or a related field
  • Customs Representative (AEAT – Spain) 
  • Fluent English and Spanish required. German is a plus
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in customs, foreign trade
  • Efficient in terms of time and cost savings
  • Readiness for action, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • High level of commitment, proactivity and dedication
  • Ability to resolve conflicts in different environments and cultures
  • Timely and effective management of high-demand issues
  • Great willingness and flexibility to travel
