Claim Management Trainee (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• You will be responsible for controlling suppliers’ claims progress based on claims database and on the weekly reviews from the different stakeholders.
• Monitoring performance and setting targets.
• Maintaining records of all claims and related documentation.
• Analyze and report our claims, effectively communicate the resulting "lessons learned" within the company and optimize our claim and contract management process.
• Investigating claims and determining liability in accordance with our contracts as well as any applicable laws and regulations.
• Creation and maintenance of Share Point.
• Negotiating claims with suppliers and subcontractors in cooperation with Quality & Legal.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, legal or alternatively industrial engineering.
• Follow oral and written instructions in English and communicate effectively (B2-C1 English level).
• Microsoft office Excel advanced user, good understanding in Data management. Power Apps and SharePoint knowledge appreciated.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several activities at once, organize/prioritize work, meet deadlines, and prepare plans and reports.
• Good communication skills. Ability to successfully interact with all organizational levels internally.
• Demonstrated ability in utilizing historical data and visualization tools.
