Assistant Management (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to the COO (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-level, streamlined support to the Chief Operating Officer. This role manages the COO’s calendar, communications, and confidential documentation with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.

You will perform relevant tasks such as:

 

 

YOUR TASKS:

 

- Ensure effective operational alignment across departments

- Prepare key executive materials and coordinate national and international travel arrangements

- Review and approve team travel requests

- Manage expense reports

- Organize team workshops and internal events

- Proactively anticipate organizational needs, support informed decision making, and contribute to the smooth and efficient daily operations of the COO’s office

- Travel within the country and abroad is part of the job

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

- University degree in Applied Management or similar qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience in executive assistance performing similar tasks is mandatory

- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills

- Excellent communication skills and capability of interacting with stakeholders of different hierarchical levels

- Ability to handle confidential documentation and sensitive matters with discretion and the highest level of integrity

- Self-driven and process-oriented working style

- Fluent in both Spanish and English
