MISSION: perform administrative and back-office tasks to enable smooth and successful operation of Sourcing activities for the CTBU globally.


YOUR TASKS: 

  • Responsible of back-office, administrative and coordination activities to ensure a smooth operation from the sourcing perspective.
  • Ensure order processing in ERP (SAP). Purchase Request & Purchase Order execution. Ebanf creation. Purchase Order delivery to suppliers. Validate supplier’s invoices. Ensure Payment milestones from NX to suppliers are executed and solve any administrative problems to unblock them.
  • Support Sourcing Managers and Tactical Buyers when needed: Indirect Spend, Internals, Tower fabrication, TC&I Services and BOP, always keeping track record of every transaction if ERP is not available at certain regions.
  • Coordination with Supply Chain, Cost Controlling and PM CTBU to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Coordination with Global Sourcing team (Indirect Spend, PM/EPC, TCI & BOP) and their tactical buyers located in Hamburg/Rostock to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Incident/Issues management and resolution.
  • Create and maintain contact lists.
  • When needed, support on offer requests and supplier registration activities.
  • Process and record information by updating databases or computer files.
  • Support in HSE administrative tasks if needed.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) /Degree or studies in administration.
  • Data processing and software office management.
  • Active and effective oral and writing communication skills. 
  • Teamwork.
  • Communicative skills. 
  • Customer/Supplier orientation and proactive attitude.
  • Responsible and able to adapt to different situations. 
  • Planification/organization abilities. 
  • Knowledge of management of IT equipment and tools. 
  • Honest. Capable of manage confidential information.
