Tower Structural Engineer

Responsibilities：

1. Working cross functionally with an end to end mindset, ensuring coverage of all aspects across the full product life cycle.

以端到端的全局思维开展跨部门协同工作，全面负责风电阻尼器系统及相关机械部件全生命周期的各项技术工作。

2. Research & design and product development activities (advanced experience in Siemens NX, Teamcenter and Ansys Workbench/ Ansys Fluent required)

负责风电阻尼器的技术研究、方案设计与产品开发工作，熟练运用Siemens NX、Teamcenter、Ansys Workbench、Ansys Fluent完成结构建模、设计优化与仿真分析。

3. Analytical and numerical methods assessing multi body kinematics and dynamic system behavior

运用解析法与数值计算方法，对风电结构部件及阻尼器系统的多体运动学、动力学特性进行分析与评估。

4. Driving supplier homologations: acting as primary contact for Supplier Quality Assurance and the Procurement department, managing requests for information (RFIs) and deviation requests, and ensuring effective implementation of product changes.

主导供应商产品认证工作，作为对接供应商质量、采购团队的核心技术接口人，统筹管理技术问询（RFI）、偏差申请，保障产品技术变更高效落地执行。

5. Data analytics and structured evaluation of validation and operational data (advanced experience in MATLAB and Python required)

基于MATLAB、Python对产品验证数据、现场运行数据进行结构化分析与评估，为产品迭代、性能优化提供数据支撑。

Qualifications：

1. Solid specialization in product design, manufacturing technology and product development of wind turbine components.

深耕风电部件设计、制造工艺及产品开发领域，具备专业的技术积淀。

2. Professional background in tuned mass damper component design with in-depth knowledge of structural dynamics.

拥有调谐质量阻尼器部件设计相关从业背景，精通结构动力学专业知识。

3. Proven hands-on experience with NX-Unigraphics, Teamcenter and Ansys Fluent software.

具备成熟的NX-Unigraphics、Teamcenter、Ansys Fluent软件实操及项目应用经验。

4. Native Mandarin speaker with professional English working proficiency.

母语为普通话，英语具备专业工作应用水平，可胜任各类技术工作场景。

5. At least 5 years of working experience in similar technical roles or functional positions.

拥有5年及以上同类技术岗位、相关职能岗位工作经验。
