Tooling SQA

Responsibilities：
岗位职责：
1. Quality assurance of tooling and transportation frame suppliers. 
  工具与运输框架供应商的质量保证
2. Qualification of new suppliers. Audit process and assesments. 
  新供应商的资质认证
3. New product homologation and *** samples in coordination with Sourcing and Engineering.
  新产品的认证及样件协调 (与采购部 Sourcing 和工程部 Engineering 协作)
4. Quality assurance during serial production. 
  量产期间的质量保证
5. Coordination of the inspections.
  检验工作的协调
6. Planning of audits and follow up visits and inspections to suppliers. 
  供应商审核、后续拜访及检验的计划安排
7. Record and follow up of incidents during manufacturing. 
  记录并跟进生产制造过程中发生的事件
8. NC Management with suppliers.
  与供应商进行不合格品 (NC) 管理
9. Creation of inspection control sheets and plans.  
  编制检验控制表和检验计划

Qualifications：
能力要求：
1.Experience in Quality assurance.
  具备质量保证相关经验
2.Fluent in English.
  英语流利
3.Person used to work in a team, with quality knowledge in topics as materials, incoming goods process, drawing interpretation, welding processes.
  具备团队合作精神，拥有材料、来料检验流程、图纸解读、焊接工艺 等方面的质量知识
4.Communication skills, rigorous and systematic, solution oriented.
  沟通能力强，工作严谨细致，系统性思维，以解决问题为导向
