Role and Responsibilities

 - Ensure that rotor blade is manufactured according to Nx specification and standards.

- Drive plant specific improvements in coordination with Nordex global teams.

- Defining and driving cost-out measures (MCO/ECO's) and tracking their implementation.

- Identify and eliminate recurring quality issues in cooperation with Nordex quality department.

- Drive and track MCO/ECO implementations.

- Manage local process engineer teams’ performance and KPIs to meet department target

- As an interface to align with global IE function to introduce global strategy to local blade manufacturing partner

Qualifications and Education Requirements

-  Bachelor of Engineering or Industrial Engineering. At least 5 years in rotor blade manufacturing.

 Rotor blade specific experience required. Experienced and knowledgeable in Blades manufacturing process (operations, engineering) at least 5 years. Knowledge of blade structure and material. Strong blade defect trouble shooting ability. Leading and communications skills. Computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications as well as SAP. Fluent English mandatory.
