Senior Structural Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities：

1. Verification of structural analysis performed by suppliers on mechanical components for drive train and pitch and yaw. 

对供应商完成的风电传动系统、变桨、偏航机械部件结构分析成果进行审核与验证。

2. Responsible for the development and structural analysis of steel structures and mechanical components for wind turbines. Conduct concept design, structural simulation, mechanical calculation and technical verification for new product development and structural component performance optimization.

负责风电钢结构及机械部件的研发与结构分析工作，针对新产品开发及结构部件性能优化，完成概念设计、结构仿真、力学计算及技术验证工作。

3. Develop innovative structural development concepts in strict accordance with applicable industry standards, technical regulations and design guidelines. Provide professional technical support for new technology iteration and implementation within the R&D team.

依据现行行业标准、技术规范及设计准则，搭建全新结构研发方案，支撑团队新技术迭代与落地应用。

4. Undertake the end-to-end development of wind turbine structural components, covering all stages of the product lifecycle. Support root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting for field operation quality and structural issues.

负责风电结构部件全生命周期研发工作，覆盖产品全流程阶段；协助完成现场结构问题的根本原因分析与技术整改支撑工作。

5. Develop, sort out and document structural calculation methods and analysis specifications, and continuously optimize and improve the team’s overall technical capabilities and analysis standards.

梳理、开发并固化结构计算方法及分析规范，形成标准化文档，持续提升团队整体技术能力与分析水平。

Qualifications：

1. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related majors.

机械工程及相关专业硕士学历。

2. Proficient in using mainstream analysis and programming tools including Ansys, Matlab and Python.

熟练掌握Ansys、Matlab、Python等仿真及编程工具。

3. More than 8 years of working experience in wind turbine structural analysis field, with solid industry project experience.

8年以上风电行业结构分析相关工作经验，具备扎实的行业项目经验。

4. Native Mandarin speaker with professional English working proficiency, capable of fluent bilingual technical communication and document writing.

母语为普通话，具备专业的英语工作能力，可熟练完成双语技术沟通、文档撰写工作。
