Quality Logistics Engineer

Responsibilities：
1. Quality assurance of logistics contractors during the outbound logistics, including pre-run, port operations. 
外运物流（包括前期准备、港口操作）过程中物流承包商的质量保证
2. Supplier audits and qualification 
供应商审核与资质认证
3. Supplier training in terms of Quality Control
对供应商进行质量控制方面的培训
4. Continuous improvement of Logistics Quality Control Plan, and control checklist creation
持续改进物流质量控制计划，并制定控制检查表
5. Quality Assurance during transportation process
运输过程中的质量保证
6. Coordination of port surveyors
协调港口检验员
7. Management of incidents detected during transportation
管理运输过程中发现的事件/事故
8. RCA and 8D for major or repetitive deviations
对重大或重复性偏差进行根本原因分析 (RCA) 和 8D 报告
9. Notification of defects to suppliers, Insurance notification and cost collection
向供应商通知缺陷；向保险公司报案并进行费用追偿

Qualifications：
1. High communication skills, organization skills, able to work in a team, problem solving oriented, committed.
出色的沟通能力、组织能力，具备团队合作精神，善于解决问题，责任心强
2. Valuable previous experience in Logistics, Quality or Windfarm installation. 
在物流、质量或风电场安装领域具有宝贵的工作经验
3. Fluent in English.
