Project Manager- HUB & Blade

The Project Manager will Lead and coordinate new development projects related to wind turbine modules, as well as optimization initiatives across different Nordex portfolio platforms.

Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Lead the complete development cycle, including initial feasibility assessments, prototype builds, validation, and final certification.
 全生命周期管理：主导完整的开发周期，包括初始可行性评估、原型制作、验证及最终认证。
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central link between Engineering, Sales, Production, Sourcing, and external Certification Authorities.
跨职能协调：作为工程、销售、生产、采购及外部认证机构之间的核心联络人。
• Technical Validation: Oversee rigorous prototype testing and validation processes to ensure all components meet functional, safety, and performance standards.
技术验证：监督严格的原型测试及验证流程，确保所有部件符合功能、安全及性能标准。
• Strategic Planning: Align project scopes and schedules with the broader Platform Lifecycle Management organization to support portfolio-level goals.
战略规划：使项目范围和进度与更广泛的平台生命周期管理组织保持一致，以支持产品组合层面的目标。
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain proactive reporting lines with senior leadership and global functions, providing transparent updates on project health and milestones.
相关方沟通：与高层领导及全球职能部门保持主动的汇报机制，就项目状态和里程碑提供透明的更新。
• Risk & Mitigation: Identify potential project bottlenecks early, developing robust mitigation plans to maintain continuity and ensure adherence to quality criteria.
风险与缓解：及早识别潜在的项目瓶颈，制定完善的缓解计划，以维持项目连续性并确保符合质量标准。
• Compliance & Standards: Guarantee that all development activities comply with internal operational processes and international external certification requirements.

• Industrialization: Ensure the successful "industrialization" of modules, managing the critical hand-off from validated prototypes to high-volume manufacturing.
产业化：确保模块的成功“产业化”，管理从已验证原型到大批量生产的关键交接过程。

Qualifications：
1. Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
本科及以上学历，电气工程、机械工程、工业工程、信息技术或相关专业。
2. Fluent English language skills required.
要求具备流利的英语听说读写能力。
3. 10+ years' experience in Project Management
十年以上项目管理经验。
4. Preferred experience in the wind power industry.
有风电行业相关经验者优先。
