Production Engineer

Responsibility：
工作职责
- Define workforce standard base yearly production forecast.
确定人力标准基数及年度生产预测。
- Coordinate with JZNEE for all human and technical resources to achieve planned production goals, optimizing productivity and efficiency.
与 JZNEE 协调所有人力和技术资源，以实现预定的生产目标，优化生产效率和效益。
- Support partner to analyze the production area's needs based on assembly plans and organize and ensure the availability of workforce, tools and equipment to comply with the production plan.
支持合作伙伴根据装配计划分析生产区域的需求，并组织并确保劳动力、工具和设备的可用性，以符合生产计划。
- Handling of tools and equipment, including following up the update, coordinating the confirmation of specification and needs, application of purchasing, delivery status follow-up, supervision and controlling of maintenance work, etc.
处理工具和设备相关事宜，包括跟进更新情况、协调规格和需求的确认、采购申请、交付状态的跟踪、维护工作的监督和控制等。
- Support and provide guidance to production team, fostering a productive work environment.
支持并为生产团队提供指导，营造积极的工作环境。
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are met, maintaining a safe shop floor.
确保所有安全和质量标准得到满足，保持车间的安全。
- Other tasks related with Production area.
与生产区域相关的其他任务。

Qualification：
任职资格
- ME or EE colleges level or above.
本科及以上学历，电子工程或电气工程相关专业。
- English written and oral. 
熟练掌握英语的书面和口语表达能力。
- Familiar with mechanical/ electrical product assembly process. 
熟悉机械/电气产品的组装流程。
- 3 years’ work experience in manufacturing engineer.
具有 3 年制造工程师的工作经验。
