Responsibilities:

1.严格确保转子叶片在新产品导入阶段的生产制造流程，完全符合Nordex技术规范及各项标准要求，把控新品生产全流程质量与工艺合规性。
Ensure the manufacturing of rotor blades complies with Nx specifications and relevant standards during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, and control the process compliance and quality of new product production.

2.协同Nordex全球工艺团队，主导落地工厂生产工艺优化、流程升级等改进项目，持续提升生产工艺稳定性与生产效率。
Drive on-site plant process improvement initiatives in close coordination with Nordex global process teams to continuously enhance process stability and production efficiency.

3.全程监督量产阶段OEM代工厂生产工艺，核查各项生产流程、工艺参数满足Nordex技术要求，保障量产产品品质统一、稳定。
Monitor and verify that the OEM production processes fully meet NX technical requirements during mass production to ensure consistent and stable product quality.
 
4.制定、推进各类降本增效举措（MCO/ECO优化方案），全程跟进方案落地执行、落地效果，完成数据复盘与成果追踪。
Define and drive cost-out measures including MCO and ECO optimization schemes, and track the whole process of implementation, effect verification and result review.
 
5.联合Nordex质量部门，精准识别转子叶片生产过程中反复出现的质量问题，制定整改方案、推进问题根除，实现质量问题闭环管理。
Cooperate with the Nordex quality department to identify and eliminate recurring quality defects and problems in rotor blade production, and complete closed-loop quality management.
 
6.持续优化、提升OEM生产工艺体系的运行能力与工艺成熟度，完善生产工艺标准，降低生产异常风险。
Drive the continuous improvement of OEM process system capability and process maturity to optimize production standards and reduce production abnormal risks.
 
 

 

 

Qualifications:

1、学历背景
本科及以上学历，机械工程、工业工程等相关工程类专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering majors.
2、行业经验
具备5年及以上叶片生产制造相关工作经验，拥有风电叶片行业专项从业经历。
At least 5 years of working experience in rotor blade manufacturing with professional experience in the wind turbine blade industry.
3、专业知识
熟悉叶片结构设计、原材料特性及生产工艺原理，掌握行业核心专业知识。
Profound knowledge of rotor blade structure, material characteristics and core production process principles.
4、问题处理能力
具备极强的叶片生产缺陷排查、故障分析、问题解决能力，可独立处理各类生产质量异常。
Strong capabilities in blade defect troubleshooting, failure analysis and independent resolution of various production quality abnormalities.
5、综合能力
具备优秀的项目推进、团队协作及跨部门沟通协调能力，能够独立主导工艺优化、问题整改等专项工作。
Excellent leadership, teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills, capable of independently leading process optimization and problem rectification projects.
6、技能工具
熟练使用Office办公软件、SAP系统，可高效完成数据统计、报表输出、流程录入等工作。
Proficient in MS Office software and SAP system, skilled in data statistics, report output and process system entry.
7、语言能力
英语流利，可熟练开展英文读写、跨国外团队沟通对接工作。
Fluent in English, capable of skilled English reading, writing and cross-border team communication.
