Mechanical Drives Engineer

Responsibilities：

The main function is to be the local component specialist of certain mechanical components of the wind turbine (such as couplings, shrink disc, elastomers and others) and support /perform component homologations of local suppliers in China.

主要担任风电联轴器、锁紧盘、弹性支撑件等机械零部件本土技术专员，协助并主导国内供应商零部件合规认证工作。

 

  1. Develop mechanical components of the wind turbine with local suppliers in alignment with the corresponding component owner and system owner at Nordex.

对接Nordex总部零部件及系统负责人，协同国内供应商开展风电机械零部件研发工作。

  1. Ensure that Nordex requirements, component technical specifications and validation plans are fulfilled by the local suppliers in China.

确保国内供应商严格执行公司技术要求、零部件技术规范及产品验证方案。

  1. Be the technical focal point in China for the components being specialist. Coordination with other departments like Quality, Sourcing and Material Management, providing the necessary technical support for different activities.

担任所辖零部件国内技术对接窗口，对接质量、采购、物料管理等部门，提供各类业务所需技术支持。

  1. Support to Nordex Production, for assembly or quality issues and for testing and validation purposes.

协助生产部门解决装配、质量相关问题，配合完成产品测试与验证工作。

  1. Contribute to the necessary RCAs or 8D processes related with the components being specialist.

参与所辖零部件相关的根本原因分析及 8D 整改流程推进工作。

 

 

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering

机械工程专业本科或硕士学历

2. Native Mandarin + Professional English level

普通话流利，具备专业英语读写及沟通能力

3. 5+ years of Engineering in the wind industry

五年及以上风电行业工程技术相关工作经验
