Junior Power Converter Engineer

Responsibilities：

1. Act as the engineering department representative for daily technical communication and coordination with assigned suppliers on-site, ensuring efficient and consistent technical alignment.

代表工程部门驻场对接指定供应商，开展日常技术沟通、进度跟进与问题协调，保障供需双方技术对接顺畅一致。

2. Follow up design deliverables in line with project schedules, including data sheets, drawings, calculation reports, DFMEA and simulation reports, to ensure completeness, compliance and timely delivery.

根据项目进度计划跟进各项设计交付输出，包括技术规格书、工程图纸、计算报告、DFMEA、仿真报告等，确保交付物完整、合规且按时输出。

3. Verify prototype manufacturing technologies, identify potential risks from design and process perspectives, and propose preventive and optimization solutions to avoid mass production quality risks.

负责样机生产工艺审核与技术验证，识别设计、工艺层面的潜在风险，提前制定预防与优化方案，规避量产质量隐患。

4. Witness incoming inspection of key raw materials, in-process tests and final tests during the prototype phase to ensure standardized test procedures and qualified prototype quality.

全程参与并见证样机阶段关键原材料入厂检验、过程测试及成品终测，把控测试过程合规性与数据真实性，保障样机质量达标。

5. Track and verify the implementation and closed-loop execution of engineering changes at supplier facilities to ensure accurate and complete change deployment.

跟进供应商端所有工程变更的落地执行、试制验证及状态闭环，确保变更准确、完整落地，无遗漏、无偏差。

6. Work closely with resident SQA engineers to analyze and resolve all kinds of manufacturing and quality issues and ensure stable supplier quality performance.

与驻厂SQA质量工程师紧密协作，快速定位、分析并闭环各类生产、测试、来料质量问题，稳定供方产出质量。

7. Assess and verify supplier 2D/3D models, and participate in test fixture design and technical review to ensure model accuracy and fixture availability.

负责供应商2D/3D模型的审核、验证与确认，参与测试工装的方案设计与技术评审，保障模型准确性与工装可用性。

8. Take charge of technical support for electrical component assembly and testing in the nacelle plant to ensure smooth assembly and commissioning.

负责机舱工厂内电气部件装配、调试及测试相关技术支持，保障整机装配与测试顺利完成。

9. Support and verify special tests conducted by suppliers or third-party laboratories, follow up test procedures, result analysis and issue rectification.

协助并参与供应商及第三方机构的各类专项测试，跟进测试过程、结果分析与问题整改，保障测试项目顺利通过。

10. Conduct technical analysis and feasibility assessment for design changes and cost-out ideas, evaluate technical risks, and support project cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

针对设计变更、工艺优化及降本提案进行技术分析、可行性评估与风险研判，输出专业技术意见，支撑项目降本增效。

11. Maintain technical documents and 3D product structures in Teamcenter, ensuring accurate, consistent and traceable product data and version control.

负责在Teamcenter系统中维护产品相关技术文档、三维结构模型及版本信息，保证资料准确、统一、可追溯。

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

电气工程相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士优先

2. Native Mandarin with proficient professional English in both oral and written communication

普通话母语，具备流利的专业英语读写及口语沟通能力

3. 5+ years of relevant working experience, with 2-3 years of engineering background

5年及以上相关工作经验，其中包含2-3年工程研发技术背景

4. Based in Suzhou, with regular travel to assigned supplier sites

常驻苏州，可接受常态化前往各指定供应商出差
