Junior Pitch & Yaw Engineer - Gearboxes

Responsibilities：
1. Collaborate with resident SQA engineers to monitor the manufacturing, assembly and performance testing processes of pitch and yaw gearbox products at suppliers’ sites, verify the compliance of production processes and inspection standards, and ensure finished products meet Nordex design specifications and performance requirements.
协同驻厂SQA工程师，全程监督变桨、偏航齿轮箱供应商的产品生产、装配及各项性能测试流程，核查生产工艺、检验标准合规性，保障成品完全符合公司设计规范及整机性能要求。
2. Provide professional on-site technical support at suppliers' facilities, rapidly respond to and resolve various manufacturing and quality problems occurring in the production, assembly and testing of gearboxes, follow up rectification and closed-loop management to ensure all delivered products meet Nordex technical and quality standards.
常驻供应商厂区提供专业技术支持，快速响应并解决齿轮箱生产、装配、测试过程中出现的各类制造及质量问题，跟进整改闭环，确保所有产品交付符合公司技术标准与质量要求。
3. Cooperate with resident SQA engineers to implement the APQP4 Wind system management of suppliers, and fully participate in core quality control work including DFMEA, PFMEA, CPK process capability verification and GR&R measurement system analysis.
配合驻厂SQA工程师落地风电行业先期产品质量策划（APQP4 Wind）体系工作，全程参与供应商DFMEA设计失效分析、PFMEA过程失效分析、CPK工序能力验证、GR&R测量系统分析等核心质量管控工作。
4. Troubleshoot and conduct technical research on on-site technical abnormalities, process failures and test defects during the whole production process at gearbox suppliers' facilities, accurately identify root causes, formulate optimization schemes, and ensure stable and orderly production.
负责齿轮箱供应商厂区生产全过程的技术异常、工艺故障、测试失效问题的排查与技术攻关，精准定位问题根源，制定优化方案，保障生产稳定有序开展。
5. Act as a technical advisor in key stages of new gearbox product launch, including prototype manufacturing and production ramp-up. Summarize experience and problems in the mass production process, precipitate lessons learned, and promote the integration of optimization requirements into product design and manufacturing processes to continuously improve mass production quality.
作为技术顾问参与齿轮箱新品落地关键阶段，涵盖样品试制、产能爬坡及批量量产环节。总结量产过程经验与问题，沉淀经验教训，推动优化要求融入产品设计与生产工艺，持续提升产品量产质量。
6. Support technical work related to qualification review and homologation of new gearbox models and new gearbox suppliers, ensuring the smooth compliance access and mass supply of new products and new suppliers.
协助开展新型号齿轮箱产品、新增齿轮箱供应商的资质审核、本地化合规认证相关技术工作，保障新品及新供方顺利完成合规准入与批量供货。
Qualifications：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Master’s degree is preferred
机械工程相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士学历优先
2. Native Mandarin speaker with professional English communication proficiency
普通话母语水平，具备专业的英语读写及商务沟通能力
3. 3+ years of working experience in engineering, manufacturing process or quality management in the wind power industry
3年及以上风电行业工程技术、生产工艺或质量管理相关工作经验
