Junior Mechanical Drives Engineer - Bearings

1. Monitor product manufacturing and testing processes at the bearing suppliers together with resident SQAs to guarantee compliance with design specifications and performance requirements.
协同轴承供应商驻厂质量工程师，监督产品生产及测试全过程，确保产品满足设计规范及各项性能要求。
2. Provide on-site technical expertise to solve manufacturing or quality issues, ensuring that Nordex requirements are fulfilled.
提供现场技术支持，解决生产及质量类问题，保障产品符合恩德技术标准与要求。
3. Cooperate with local SQA Resident Engineer about supplier APQP4 wind, including DFMEA, PFMEA, CPK and GR&R.
配合驻厂质量工程师推进供应商风电先期质量策划工作，涵盖设计失效模式与影响分析、过程失效模式与影响分析、过程能力指数、测量系统分析等工作。
4. Troubleshooting of technical issues at the facilities of the bearing suppliers.
负责轴承供应商厂区各类现场技术问题的排查与处理。
5. Act as a technical advisor during some phases of the product launch, such as prototype manufacturing and ramp-up of production. Ensure that lessons learned and the necessary requirements are considered in the design and manufacturing.
在样机试制、量产爬坡等新品落地阶段担任技术顾问，确保项目经验总结及各项技术要求落实到设计与生产环节。
6. Support to certain activities regarding the homologation of new bearing types or new bearing suppliers.
协助开展新型轴承产品、新增轴承供应商的认证合规相关工作。
Qualifications：
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
机械工程专业本科及以上学历
2. Native Mandarin and Professional English level
普通话流利，具备专业英语读写沟通能力
3. 3+ years of Engineering and or Quality in the wind industry
三年及以上风电行业技术或质量相关工作经验
