Junior Engineer Main Shaft Bearings

Responsibilities：

1. Monitor the entire product manufacturing and testing processes of bearing suppliers together with resident SQA engineers, strictly control production processes and testing standards, and ensure all products comply with Nordex design specifications and overall performance requirements.

协同驻厂SQA工程师，全程监督轴承供应商的产品生产及各项测试流程，严格把控生产工艺、测试标准，确保所有产品符合公司设计规范及整机性能要求。

2. Provide on-site professional technical support at suppliers' facilities, timely solve various technical and quality problems arising from manufacturing and production processes, follow up rectification implementation, and ensure full compliance with Nordex technical and quality requirements.

常驻供应商厂区提供专业技术支撑，及时处理生产制造、产品质量过程中出现的各类技术问题，全程跟进问题整改落地，确保完全满足公司技术及质量要求。

3. Cooperate with resident SQA engineers to promote APQP4 Wind (Advanced Product Quality Planning for Wind Industry) related work, including DFMEA, PFMEA, CPK process capability analysis and GR&R measurement system analysis.

配合驻厂SQA工程师推进风电行业先期产品质量策划（APQP4 Wind）相关工作，主导及参与DFMEA（设计失效模式与影响分析）、PFMEA（过程失效模式与影响分析）、工序能力指数（CPK）分析、测量系统分析（GR&R）等核心质量工作。

4. Troubleshoot and analyze on-site technical abnormalities, equipment and process faults at bearing suppliers' facilities, quickly identify root causes, formulate and verify rectification solutions to ensure smooth production.

负责轴承供应商生产厂区各类技术异常、设备及工艺故障的分析与排查，快速定位问题根源，制定整改方案并落地验证，保障生产有序推进。

5. Act as a technical advisor in key stages of product launch, including prototype manufacturing and production ramp-up. Summarize production experience and lessons learned, and promote the implementation of optimized requirements in product design and manufacturing processes.

作为技术顾问参与产品落地关键阶段工作，包括样品试制、产能爬坡及批量量产阶段。同步梳理量产过程经验教训，推动优化迭代，确保相关改进要求落地到产品设计与生产工艺中。

6. Support technical activities related to the homologation and compliance certification of new bearing products and new bearing suppliers to ensure successful market and supplier access.

协助开展新型轴承产品、新轴承供应商的资质认证、合规 homologation 相关技术工作，保障新产品、新供方顺利完成合规准入。

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)

机械工程相关专业本科及以上学历（硕士优先）

2. Native Mandarin speaker with professional English proficiency

母语为普通话，具备专业的英语读写及沟通能力

3. More than 3 years of working experience in engineering or quality management in the wind power industry

3年及以上风电行业工程技术或质量管理相关工作经验
