In Process Quality Inspector

Responsibilities:
1. 过程质量管控与验收负责所辖作业区域的物料、零部件及工序过程的质量巡检与验收工作，涵盖来料检验、预成型、模压成型、后处理精加工、终检等全工序环节。
Perform in-process quality control and acceptance for parts, materials and manufacturing processes in assigned work areas, including receiving inspection, pre-moulding, moulding, finishing and final inspection.
2. 质量问题记录与归档
严格按照NX质量控制计划及管控文件要求，通过拍照留存、质检表单签字确认等方式，完整记录所有质检发现、问题及检验结果，确保质量记录真实、完整、可追溯。
Document and record all quality findings via photo evidence or signed control forms in accordance with NX control plan and standard control records to ensure full traceability.
3. 生产作业支持
配合生产一线作业人员开展生产工作，及时解答生产过程中的质量疑问，协助规范作业流程，保障生产工序合规推进。
Support production operators during daily operational tasks to standardize working procedures and ensure smooth production flow.
4. 标准返修管控与核查
依据缺陷规范标准及全球统一返修工艺，统筹、核查叶片标准化返修作业，监督返修流程合规性与返修质量达标。
Manage and verify standard repair works in line with defect specifications and global standard repair methodologies (repairs are physically performed by production team).
5. 供应商过程审核与巡检
日常开展供应商生产过程、产品质量的审核与巡检工作，及时发现供应商制程及产品质量风险。
Conduct daily audit and inspection on supplier’s manufacturing processes and finished products.
6. 供应商持续改善推进
与供应商对接沟通，达成制程优化共识，推动供应商生产工艺、产品质量的持续改进与提升。
Negotiate and align with suppliers on operational optimization plans to drive continuous process and quality improvement.

Qualifications:
1. 学历要求大专及以上学历。
College degree or above.
2. 专业知识基础
熟悉质量保证基本原理与质量管理体系知识；掌握基础质量工具，可熟练运用开展质量检验与问题分析。
Solid knowledge of quality assurance principles and basic quality tools; relevant professional knowledge will be assessed during evaluation.
3. 身体条件
视力良好，可清晰完成产品外观目视检验工作，满足岗位目视质检作业要求。
Qualified eyesight to perform visual inspection tasks accurately.
4. 行业经验
具备风电叶片生产一线从业背景，熟悉叶片全流程生产工艺、工序操作及工程相关知识。
Production background in blade manufacturing with rich experience and solid knowledge of blade production operations and engineering.
5. 专业能力
具备中等及以上的工艺工程、质量工程专业认知与理解能力，可独立完成制程巡检、问题判定、返修核查等工作。
Medium level of understanding and professional knowledge in process engineering and quality engineering.
6. 技能要求
熟练使用Office办公软件，可独立完成质检报表、问题记录、改善报告等文档整理工作。
Proficient in MS Office software for daily document sorting, record keeping and report preparation.
