In Process Quality Inspector

Tasks / Funciones:
- Perform in process quality control and acceptance of parts/materials/processes in respective Work Areas (i.e. receiving inspection, pre-moulding, moulding, finish, final inspection, etc.).
- Document and record all findings (by photograph or control form sign-off) as indicated in the control records (and following the NX control plan).
- Support production operators during the performance of their tasks.
- Manage and inspect standard repairs according to the defect specification and global repair methods (i.e. the repairs themselves are carried out by production staff).
- Daily audit/inspect Supplier´s manufacturing process/product.
- Agreements with Supplier on operational continuous improvement.
Profile / Perfil:
- College degree.
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles.
- Correct eye-sight to be able to visually inspect.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in Blades manufacturing process (operations, engineering).
- Medium level understanding and knowledge on Process engineering and Quality Engineering.
- Knowledge of basic quality tools will be evaluated.
- Computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Production background on blades manufacturing.
