Global Project Manager

Responsibilities：
- Lead end-to-end material qualification and supplier introduction projects for wind turbine blades (internal factories and third party manufacturers)

- Define project scope, deliverables, budget, resources, milestones and KPIs; create and maintain detailed project plans (incl. MS Project)
明确项目范围、交付成果、预算、资源、里程碑和关键绩效指标（KPI）;制定并维护详细的项目计划（包括MS Project）
- Coordinate cross-functional team across multiple locations (Materials Engineering, Process Engineering, Production, Quality, Supplier Quality, Sourcing, Design/Engineering, and suppliers) 
协调横跨多个地点的跨职能团队（材料工程、工艺工程、生产、质量、供应商质量、采购、设计/工程和供应商） 
- Track progress against milestones and KPIs; manage dependencies, risk and issues; initiate mitigation actions and escalate when required
跟踪重要事件和关键绩效指标（KPI）进展;管理项目关联要素、风险和问题;启动缓解措施，必要时升级处理
- Provide regular stakeholder communication and status reporting (project dashboards, steering updates, decisions needed)

- Drive technical alignment with manufacturers, suppliers and internal functions to improve material, process performance, robustness and cost
推动制造方、供应商及内部职能部门达成技术协同，持续优化材料、工艺性能、稳健性与成本
- Capture and implement lessons learned to prevent recurring quality issues and strengthen standard process during industrialization
总结并落实经验教训，预防质量问题的重复发生，在产业化进程中完善标准流程体系

Qualifications：
- University degree in Mechanical, Material, Industrial Engineering or similar
机械、材料、工业工程或相关专业的本科学历
- Several years of experience in the composites industry, experience in wind turbine blade manufacturing is strongly preferred (process or materials function)
拥有多年复合材料行业多年工作经验，风电叶片制造行业优先
- Proven experience in project/program management in a technical/manufacturing environment (cross-functional, multi-site)
拥有技术/制造环境下的项目管理经验（跨职能，多地点）
- Strong knowledge of industrial project delivery: planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder management and reporting

- Confident working in an intercultural, international environment; willingness to travel
能自信地在跨文化国际环境中工作，并愿意出差
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
英语流利（书面及口语）
- Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Project
精通MS Office，尤其MS Project
- APQP knowledge would be an advantage

- Hands-on, structured and proactive working style; able to run multiple projects in parallel
