Global Material Qualification Engineer

Responsibilities：
- Plan and coordinate new material industrialization trials within the blade plants
规划协调叶片工厂内的新材料工业化试验
- Supervise initial material trials, industrialization trials up to serial implementation
监督初始材料试验、工业化试验直至批量生产全过程
- Feedback and status reporting within interdisciplinary qualification team
跨领域鉴定团队内部进行问题反馈与状态汇报
- Involvement into technical discussions with the material supplier, engineering and quality departments to improve quality and performance 
参与和材料供应商、工程、质量部门的技术讨论，以提升质量和性能
- Ensuring lessons learnt are implemented in documentation and execution, eliminating recurring quality issues during industrialization 
确保杜绝工业化过程中反复出现的质量问题

Qualifications：
- University degree in Mechanical/Material Engineering or similar
机械/材料工程或相关专业的本科学历
- Multiple year experience within composite material industry, blade manufacturing is required, preferred in process or material department
具备多年复合材料行业与叶片制造经验，工艺或材料部优先
- Hands-on mentality

- Willingness to work in shopfloor projects

- Ready to work in shifts when required
必要时可以接受轮班工作
- Strong communication skills on engineering level as well as in blue collar level

- Fluency in English is preferred
