Casting SQA

Responsibilities：
1.    Drive supplier quality assurance activities towards suppliers delivering casting, forging components 
推动面向提供铸造、锻造部件供应商的质量保证活动。
2.    Identify & mitigate technical gaps related product from very early of product realization process & manufacturing process during product realization process at supplier locations
在产品实现过程的早期阶段及供应商现场生产制造过程中，识别并解决与产品相关的技术差距。
3.     Drive/ Facilitate workshops relevant to product realization
推动/协助开展与产品实现相关的研讨会。
4.     Drive / Collaborate with Supplier cross functional team on Product and process knowledge transfer (Prototype-Serial production start)
在产品与工艺知识转移（从原型阶段到批量生产启动）过程中，推动/协同供应商跨职能团队开展工作。
5.     Coordinate, supervise, manage and monitor all product / manufacturing activities with suppliers and Nordex internal stakeholder
协调、监督、管理并监控与供应商及Nordex内部相关方的所有产品/制造活动。
6.     Ensure to update product quality plans deployed
确保及时更新并实施产品质量计划。
7.     Communication with NX Internal stakeholders on the progress/ Timely Escalation on blocking topics
就工作进展与Nordex内部相关方进行沟通，并对阻碍性议题及时升级汇报。
8.     Empowered (hold authority) to cease and commence product related activities in relation to Quality and HSE related topics & drive mitigations.
被授权（拥有职权）就质量及健康安全环境相关议题，暂停或启动产品相关活动，并推动整改措施的落实。

Qualifications:
1.     Bachelor’s degree in engineering refer to follows engineering background, with good relevant manufacturing experience and at least 3 years in Quality Management System.
工程专业学士学位，并具备以下相关背景：拥有良好的相关制造经验及至少3年质量管理体系经验
2.     With mechanical or material, relevant background & experience in managing suppliers delivering castings, forgings products. Experience in Manufacturing is an advantage.
具有机械或材料相关背景及管理提供铸件、锻件产品供应商的经验。具备制造经验者优先。
3.     Good experience in quality management system, ISO 9001.
熟悉质量管理体系，如ISO 9001。
4.     Good understanding and implementation of PPAP / APQP(4Wind), 8D, RCA.
深刻理解并能有效实施PPAP / APQP（4Wind）、8D、根本原因分析等质量工具。
5.     Good English speaking, writing. Excellent communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders at different level.
具备良好的英语口语及书写能力。拥有优秀的沟通技巧，能够与内外部不同层级的相关方有效沟通。
6.      Good understanding and working under cross-culture background or experience.
深刻理解并能在跨文化背景下工作，或具备相关跨文化工作经验。
