Blade Operational Support Engineer

Responsibilities：
1. Act as interface between Process/Quality/Production/Service teams and Blade Engineering
担任工艺、质量、生产及服务团队与叶片工程部之间的沟通接口；
2. Support Blade Change Management process
支持叶片设计变更管理流程；
3. On-site and on-line support to blade manufacturing plants
为叶片制造工厂提供现场及远程技术支持；
4. Developing measurement protocols tailored for wind blades production process
制定适用于风电叶片生产工艺的检测方案与规程；
5. Creating specific reference checklists to be used as quality checks
编制专项检侧/检验清单，用于质量检验；
6. Creating 3D assemblies including blade parts and tooling
创建包含叶片部件及工装在内的三维装配模型。
 
 
Qualifications：
1. Experience in composite design, manufacturing and quality.
具备复合材料设计、制造及质量控制相关经验；
2. Skilled user of Siemens NX CAD software
精通 Siemens NX CAD 软件；
3. Skilled user of AutoCAD
精通 AutoCAD 软件；
4. Experience with Teamcenter PLM software seen as advantage.
具备 Teamcenter PLM 软件使用经验者优先；
5. Blade manufacturing know how
熟悉叶片制造工艺与技术；
6. Minimum 9 years’ experience in the wind blade or composite industry
在风电叶片或复合材料行业拥有至少9年工作经验；
7. Fluent in English, written and spoken
英语听说读写流利；
8. Motivated to work in an international and multicultural team
有志于在国际化、多元文化团队中积极工作。
