YOUR TASKS

  • Support and train the project managers in tools and portfolio management procedures. Maintain the data in the project server together with the project managers and resource responsible.
  • Support the implementation of new processes in managing the Engineering Project Portfolio Maintain the applied tools and their customizing together with IT department and external suppliers.
  • Beneficial would be the ability to create further tools for handling the portfolio data. Routine control (data, workload, cost object allocation, etc.).
  • Project planning tracking (project main data, project planning quality, deviation control) & update.
  • Support in project coordination (Grid Code, New developments in CPS, etc.) & update. Project reporting

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Knowledge of project planning and controlling tools, such as MS Project and SAP. Experience in project planning, ideally within a matrix organization, is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Programming and reporting skills using tools such as SQL, VBA, Power BI, and SAP BI.
  • Experience in international environments is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a structured and analytical approach to tasks. Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. Creative and proactive in finding solutions to project challenges.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or German are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
