Project Manager Concepts and Technology (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Driving projects for new technologies and wind turbine concepts to be available for future Nordex product portfolio.
• Management of technology projects with high level of technical Expertise covering all aspects of wind turbine generators.
• Professionally controlling project targets, quality, time and cost.
• Support of departmental tasks such as budgeting, project planning, knowledge transfer.
• Communication and interaction with all members of cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, experts, and managers of a wide range of levels.
• Preparation of decision proposals for management in the context of business strategy decisions.
• Regular reporting to engineering management, product strategy and the board

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in engineering, science or equivalent
• Complementary Training: Project management. Cost estimation and basics of economics
• Profound knowledge of wind turbine technology.
• Professional experience in technical project management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record in problem solving, overcoming obstacles and providing practical solutions for challenging and complex problems.
• High degree of flexibility, proven ability to work in international teams, positive attitude towards cultural differences and ability to motivate project team members
• English fluently.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management of technically challenging and complex project in an industrial environment.
• Availability to travel.
