YOUR TASKS:
- Design and development of automatic grease lubrication units for pitch and yaw bearings and gears in wind turbines together with external suppliers
- Preparation of design specification, functional specification and validation plan
- Coordination with other departments like Quality, Sourcing, Material Management and Service for ensuring the end-to-end view of those systems
- Qualification of new suppliers
- Support to DFMEA development and quality analysis
YOUR PROFILE:
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable university degree.
- 3+ years of experience with grease lubrication systems, preferably in the wind industry sector.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable to work in multi-national, multi-cultural teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
- Ability to manage projects and to work as a team with good analytical skills and the flexibility and dynamism in the execution of tasks.
- Fluent English, ideally skills in German and/or Spanish.
