YOUR TASKS:
- Systems & data technician responsible for the project and resource data base management, reporting, update and system maintenance
- Data management in PowerBI, SQL, MS Project, SAP, Team Center/Windchill, PWA (Sharepoint) and integration with power tools.
- Maintain the data in the project server together with the project and resource managers. Support the implementation of new processes in managing the Engineering Project Portfolio.
- Maintain the applied tools and their customizing together with IT department and external suppliers.
- Contractual management for external IT services on behalf of PfM.
- Technical strategy for specific projects.
- IT consultor for Portfolio Management related topics.
- Data analysis & reporting.
- Beneficial would be the ability to create further tools for handling the portfolio data.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree and/or Masters in Engineering, Information Technology, Programming, Big Data Management.
- Specialized in Project Planning and Controlling tools (MS Project, SAP), Programming skills in reporting tools (SQL, MS Excel, PowerBI, SAP-BI, PowerPoint, Power tools, Azure, Microsoft environment), project management experience would be a plus, mandatory is experience in international environments.
- Team worker. Clear and structured communication skills. Programming skills in reporting and evaluation tools (SQL, MS Excel, VBA, Power BI, SAP BI).
- Well-structured in approaching IT issues and a creative solution finder. Familiar with working in a matrix organization.
- Capability to work under pressure and autonomously.
- Very good organizational skills.
- Project management experience would be a plus.
- Fluent in English. Spanish & German would be a plus.
- Experience 5 years.
- Availability to travel.
