YOUR TASKS:
- Support of various Windows and Linux IT applications
- Ensuring the operation of the responsible applications in 3rd level support as well as Coordination with 1st and 2nd level support
- Troubleshooting for the responsible applications
- Creation and update of the related software documentation for the 1st and 2nd level support.
- Close cooperation with various departments in an international environment.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Successfully completed training or studies in the field of IT or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Experience in the support of IT applications
- Deep understanding of operating systems such as Linux and Windows, as well as Java Uses
- Experience with PowerShell and databases
- High results orientation and quality awareness.
- Initiative as well as responsible, structured and sustainable way of working.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- English (very good written and spoken). Ideally skills in German or Spanish
- Minimum work experience of 2-3 years.
- Availability to travel
