YOUR MISSION:
Working together as part of the Service Operations Team, reporting to Head of Service, the Long-Term Planner is responsible for efficient allocation of resources for long term planning.
The role works closely with Service Operations providing efficient long term planning, resource balancing and providing subcontractor demand in accordance with budget.
YOUR PROFILE:
Competencies/Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
- Experience in large-scale wind is a plus.
- Very high competence in planning methodology
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, open communication, pragmatic, solution-oriented
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Advanced IT competency (MS Office, company databases and SAP desirable)
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree and higher education level preferred and 3 -5 years of experience in similar positions.
YOUR TASK:
- Perform capacity planning
- Creating long term plan / budget
- Collect the per week demands
- Collect the resources per week
- Compare resource/demand and adjust for bottlenecks and surpluses
- Review plan and budget
- Create a subcontractor plan in case of lack of resources
- Adjust service order dates / maintenance plan dates
- Block time in annual planning to perform periodic inventory
- Prepare details for maintenance plan
- Add material to maintenance plan until switched to HQ
- Capacity planning / demand planning of subcontractor requirements continuously & during budget
- Use SAP to process maintenance plans / data
