YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Maintenance and update of operational data in internal systems (SAP, ERP, HSE/PPE, turbine and certification data)
•Management of equipment and resources for Service Technicians (PPE, IT equipment, coordination with external suppliers)
•Access management processes (keys, master-key access)
•Purchase orders and procurement support
•CAPEX process support and forecast updates
•Monthly accruals and settlements related to subcontractor services and self-maintainer contracts
YOUR PROFILE:
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (commercial / operational environment preferred)
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Ability to work independently and in a team
•Very good command of English
•Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
