Finance Coordinator

Mission: Coordinate financial activities to ensure that payments, collections, financial investments, collections, closing exchanges, and sending reconciled information to accounting, tax, and administration are carried out within the agreed deadlines and quality and shown exactly the correct position financial.

Tasks and skills:
- Knowledge of EDM, WHT, PER/DCOMP, S4H, Advanced Excel
- Guide and lead monitoring reports and internal controls;
- Monitor, analyze, and approve financial work papers, such as Customer and Vendors' Aging, Cash Flow, Intercompany Transactions, TM5.
- Analyze and approve documents that instruct payments;
- Provide logistical support and guidance regarding the other areas of information flow to ensure deadlines are met;
- Keep updated A/P, A/R, Treasury, and Conciliations, for both local and corporate levels;
