As a Customer Service Manager for the Netherlands, you will be the key point of contact for our customers and operators, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships. This role offers freedom to shape solutions while working closely with internal teams and external partners. You’ll combine commercial expertise, technical interest, and project management skills to deliver exceptional service and contribute to Nordex’s success in one of Europe’s most dynamic renewable energy markets.
 
YOUR TASKS
  • Act as the main contact for customers, operators, and their technical and commercial managers within the Netherlands service area
  • Handle technical and commercial inquiries, manage customer relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and specialists to provide after-sales solutions, such as technical upgrades and yield optimization
  • Support contract execution by ensuring agreed activities are carried out, documented, and reported accurately
  • Work hand-in-hand with key stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables
  • Apply project management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and ensure successful outcomes
 
YOUR PROFILE
  • Technical affinity or technical qualification combined with interest and in commercial topics
  • Proven experience in B2B customer management, ideally in a technical environment
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting
  • Strong prioritization skills and readiness to take responsibility
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset
  • Confident in using common IT tools (Microsoft Office, SAP) and open to learning new applications
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and German language skills are a plus
