- Act as the main contact for customers, operators, and their technical and commercial managers within the Netherlands service area
- Handle technical and commercial inquiries, manage customer relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and specialists to provide after-sales solutions, such as technical upgrades and yield optimization
- Support contract execution by ensuring agreed activities are carried out, documented, and reported accurately

Work hand-in-hand with key stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables
- Apply project management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and ensure successful outcomes

Technical affinity or technical qualification combined with interest and in commercial topics
- Proven experience in B2B customer management, ideally in a technical environment
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting
- Strong prioritization skills and readiness to take responsibility
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset
- Confident in using common IT tools (Microsoft Office, SAP) and open to learning new applications
- Fluent in English; Dutch and German language skills are a plus
