Working Student (m/f/d) Transport Management

As part of the Global Service, the team Parts Distribution is responsible for the smooth handling of the comprehensive logistics processes in the areas of warehouse, transport, and customer support. In your role as Working Student you are part of the transportation team.

YOUR TASKS

• Supporting the creation of regular KPI

• Review transportation invoices in conjunction with escalation management

• Support global transportation arrangements

• Manage internal and external interfaces, partners and service providers

• Create purchase requisitions and review data quality

• Manage requests and escalations

• Support optimization efforts

YOUR PROFILE

• Active enrollment as a student preferably in logistics or a related field

• Interest in logistics

• High reliability and good time management skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and challenging environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of an international and intercultural team

• Good knowledge of English is required and good knowledge of German or Spanish is an advantage

• Healthy IT affinity to quickly learn new software - experience with Office 365, SAP or ServiceNow is an advantage
