Project Manager for Digitalization Projects (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead digitalization projects in both classical and agile setups. The projects are part of our cross-functional Product Digitalization Program, linked to wind turbine and wind farm control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFE. The candidate must be fluent in English, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead digitalization projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and external vendors
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, and identify opportunities to optimize project delivery processes

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digitalization projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including waterfall & agile
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, additional skills in German and/or Spanish are a plus
  • Experience in the SAFE framework is a plus
