YOUR TASKS
- Manage the Sales Engineering Requests via PSR (Project Specifc Request) Process
- Review, edit and manage the PSRs in the PLM System
- Assign the PSRs to the competence areas
- Leading rounds with the global Sales Engineers and set priorities on PSRs
- Generate expert rounds to solve the requirements in time
- Generate reports and analytics to the requests
- Improve customer satisfaction and response times
- Provide visibility into team workloads and performance
YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant engineering degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in engineering project management
- Experience working at the interface between Engineering/R+D and Sales
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), additional skills in German and or Spanish are nice to have
- Strong organizational and intercultural competence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Self-driven, methodical, and a team player with initiative
