We are looking for a technically minded process expert with solid SAP experience – ideally from a production or R&D environment – who wants to work at the intersection of engineering, logistics and systems. This position is ideal for engineers looking to deepen their SAP knowledge in a dynamic, cross-functional project setting. You’ll represent the rotor blade R&D center in this major transformation and help shape key material and logistics processes within a global, innovation-driven organization. While the role is initially limited in time, Nordex continues to grow – and strong internal candidates are always encouraged to pursue further opportunities within the company.

Your Tasks
• Represent the rotor blade development center within Nordex’s group-wide SAP transformation project
• Coordinate and communicate all relevant project tasks within the R&D team
• Act as the main interface between the technical team and central SAP stakeholders
• Contribute to improving and documenting existing processes in material flow, logistics, planning and cost tracking
• Support the definition and implementation of optimized end-to-end process structures in SAP ECC / S/4HANA

Your Profile
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering (focus on logistics), or a comparable technical/economic field
• Sound experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA; familiarity with modules like MM, WM, EWM, QM, or PM is a plus
• First project coordination experience and confidence in stakeholder communication
• Understanding of logistics and inventory processes, ideally in a manufacturing or prototyping setting
• Strong process mindset and analytical approach to evaluating requirements and system options
• Structured, reliable and hands-on working style
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German or Spanish are a plus
