YOUR TASKS

  • Support Nordex Nacelles with the supplier selection and qualification process with focus on composite processes and technologies
  • Support Nordex Nacelles with the component and product qualification and approval process with focus on composite processes and technologies
  • Performing technical reviews and identification of technical improvements in close cooperation with SQA and Engineering
  • First evaluation of deviation requests and decision making in cooperation with SQA and Engineering
  • Support root cause analysis of internal and external deviations as well as definition of corrective and preventive actions
  • Deliver short-term solutions in case of repair, rework, etc.
  • Definition of acceptable quality level and acceptance criteria in close cooperation with Nordex Nacelles and Engineering with focus on composite components
  • Evaluation of different measuring tasks and measuring methods (2D and 3D)
  • Execution of measurement tasks

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technical background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering with specializing in plastics engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in a technical positions
  • Knowledge of valid standards and regulations including interpretation and implementation
  • Knowledge of quality management skills preferably (e.g. Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D)
  • Convincing manner towards external and internal parties
  • Ability to work in teams and excellent communication skills
  • SAP and MS Office skills preferably
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Willingness to travel
