YOUR TASKS

Would you like to shape the future Nordex HR application landscape and design and implement integration of our underlying systems?

 

Join our team to integrate SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Microsoft Azure AD, time management systems, etc. using SAP cloud platform integration or similar middleware.

 

  • You will design and implement our future people and culture (HR) solutions in close coordination with process owners, implementation partners and IT providers and continuously improve the solution after implementation. 
  • In an agile working environment, you will support Nordex in overcoming future challenges in HCM on premise, H4S4 and SuccessFactors by designing end-to-end processes.
  • Depending on your previous experience, you will lead projects or workstreams, coordinate and control our external implementation partners and our internal stakeholders.
  • With our support, you continuously expand your industry, technical and SAP knowledge.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education/qualification.
  • Strong interest and relevant experience as integration consultant (middleware, integrating different systems, interface operations, API architectures, etc.).
  • Relevant experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and other HR related systems.
  • Additional experience in project management is a clear plus
  • Fluent in English. Additional German or Spanish skills are an advantage.
