DEPARTMENT:  Logistics / Material Management

In this role as Key User Master Data (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of critical data within our Spare Parts Management.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Creating and enriching material master data and ensuring master data quality according to the rules and governance of the company
  • Managing obsolete and vintage parts in SAP ECC and S/4 Hana as well including tracking availability and lifecycle status of parts
  • Inventory Control
  • Roll out of new storage locations for new windfarms and maintenance of storage location data for existing storage locations
  • Capacity Management: Monitoring storage utilization across locations, identifying areas nearing capacity, and optimizing space allocation
  • Data sharing: Up-to-date information on vintage parts and obsolescence to service technicians, engineering, procurement and after sales
  • Coordinating master data related IT Service Requests and Incident tickets
  • Collaborating with the relevant specialist departments on master data related issues and relevant changes (e.g. supply chain, logistics, sales, production, customs, accounting)

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed studies in economics, industrial engineering or business informatics
  • Alternatively, comparable completed vocational training with corresponding further qualification or professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of SAP (ECC: MM, SD and/or S/4 Hana: STP, OTC, STC), especially in material master data
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Very good written and spoken English knowledge combined with strong communication abilities and the competence to understand and train users at different skill levels
  • Careful systematic and analytic way of working and prioritizing
  • Very high team orientation
  • Experience in spare parts management would be a plus
