YOUR TASKS
- As part of a competence center, you ensure the IT services of the wind turbines
- You handle 2nd level incidents to IT components in wind farms and develop solutions
- You develop and improve methods for replacing and repairing IT components
- You manage IT components across their entire lifecycle
- You remotely support on-site technicians worldwide in implementing IT changes and assist in defining maintenance strategies
- You manage user and access permissions for wind farms
- You actively participate in the further development of operational processes and tools and support the definition of requirements for product improvements
YOUR PROFILE
MUST HAVES:
- You have successfully completed IT training
- You have tried-and-tested knowledge of Linux/Windows and heterogeneous networks
- You communicate in German and English, spoken and written
- You enjoy service-oriented work with your team in an international environment
NICE TO HAVE:
- You have initial experience as an IT administrator
- You are no stranger to databases
- You know IT tools and tools to simplify your daily work
NICE IF YOU HAVE BEEN HEARD OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
- ITIL, MSSQL, NAT, IPsec, VMware, TCP/IP, snmp, ntp, VPN, postgresql, backup, recovery
