Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

YOUR TASKS

  • Monitoring and continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental measures within production operations
  • Development and implementation of safety strategies in line with applicable standards, regulations and operational requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements
  • Conducting risk assessments, safety trainings and incident investigations, including the definition of corrective actions
  • Identifying safety risks and environmental non-conformities and monitoring the implementation of corrective measures
  • Overseeing waste management, emissions and the safe handling of hazardous substances within the manufacturing environment
  • Supporting projects aimed at optimizing HSE processes and collaborating closely with Production, Quality Assurance and Environmental Management

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Qualification as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Management or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in HSE/EHS, preferably within precast concrete manufacturing or an industrial production environment
  • Sound knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and applicable health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Experience with HSE management systems and preferably hands-on knowledge of Quentic, EcoWeb or similar software solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, self-driven approach to work
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different functions
  • Fluent English skills; German language skills are considered an advantage
